iPhone 16 will support 45 watt fast charging. In the certificate given to Apple by the Chinese regulatory body 'China Quality Certification Center', it is mentioned that all models of the iPhone 16 series support 45 Watt fast charging.
A user named 'ShrimpApplePro' has published the certificate on social network X. By the way, this post has also been placed on the Chinese social network Weibo. According to the certificate, the iPhone 16 model was tested at 5-15 volts and 3 amps. It is said to support a maximum of 45 watts.
Compared to iPhone 15, this speed is 50 percent faster. The iPhone 15 lineup supports a maximum of 27 to 29 watts.
In various rumors that came out earlier, the issue of iPhone 16 supporting fast charging came up. However, Apple has not officially informed about this.
It seems that Apple is more focused on wireless i.e. MagSafe than wired. While announcing the iPhone 16, the company said that the MagSafe in it will support charging up to 25 watts.
Apple launched the much-awaited iPhone 16 series on Monday. This phone will be available in the international market from 20 September.
